Who we need to look out for!

Alright, if National Geographic Explorer can figure this one out, why is our national media not saying more? We need to attack this one on all fronts. If not, we will pay higher prices later in blood. Some of the tactics used by this group to recruit are similar to those used in Africa. There, kids as young as 5 are kidnapped, and trained to be killers. Sudan and Uganda plus Liberia come to mind. If they become strong enough, we could see the violence of Rwanda here in our streets.

It isn't that hard to see the United States falling into a great sadness which it will never recover.

Preventable Cause cont.

I wrote about Terapon Adhahn in a previous post. I just read an opinion which mirrors my statements rather closely at Townhall.com called "An Immigration Tragedy" by Nathan Tabor.

I am going to put his entire article here for you to read. He did fail to mention that the young girls entire family arrived here in our country as Legal Immigrants recently. I consider this a polarizing statement made here because our Legal Immigrants are being harmed by our Illegal Immigrants.

For all those who protest any effort to crack down on illegal
immigration…for those who claim that we should pursue an open borders policy at
all costs…I can only hope that you will study the story of Zina Linnik and
reconsider a course which is putting our children at serious risk.

Police believe that 12-year-old Zina was kidnapped on the Fourth of July
while watching a fireworks display. She was a child who was enjoying freedom,
and the best of what America has to offer.

Now, investigators are questioning a 42-year-old convicted sex offender
from Thailand in connection with her death. Terapon Adhahn had been living in
the U.S. illegally. And now police are wondering whether he caused the death of
an innocent girl.

Adhahn, who was found guilty of incest about 17 years ago, is being held
for questioning in relation to the Linnik murder.

During a news conference, Tacoma Police Chief Don Ramsdell stated, "Our
hearts and prayers are with the Linnik family and we will continue to put forth
our best efforts to bring the perpetrator of this senseless and horrific crime
to justice."

Any suspect is innocent until proven guilty, and Adhahn is entitled to a
fair hearing, if he is ultimately charged with Zina's death. He has, in fact,
denied having anything to do with the girl's abduction.

Yet, Fox News is reporting that his conviction for incest should have
prompted deportation. Let's be clear—court records indicate he is a diagnosed
pedophile. In addition, a search warrant indicates that girl's undergarments--—a
particularly damning piece of evidence--were taken from Adhahn's apartment. The
police chief says that the discovery of Zina's body caused "great anguish" for
her family, Tacoma police, and FBI agents. This is a tragedy which will cause
unspeakable grief for all those who knew and loved her. The fact that an illegal
immigrant may have been responsible makes the tragic death all the more
difficult to bear.

This nation was built through the courage, strength, and commitment of
untold numbers of immigrants. Most of us, in fact, trace our ancestry to foreign
lands. An immigrant who enters this country legally, who's willing to sacrifice
for the sake of his or her newly-adopted country, represents the epitome of what
makes this country great.

Unfortunately, there are some foreigners who are violent criminals who have
no business being on our shores. We may not even realize they're here—until
tragedy strikes. Why is it that some public officials are willing to ignore our
immigration problem until some horrific event occurs—an event which makes us
realize just how vulnerable we are to foreign thugs who have no regard for our
laws—and no regard for our kids?

Again, I want to point out that this Illegal Immigration debate and issue isn't about being anti-immigrant. I feel for this family. I am sorry for their loss which can never be regained in any means. I am also sorry that our government has been so irresponsible to all of our who are citizens of this country. Why was this man not deported?

We have a sickness in our country sucking on all of us just like a leach. We need to do what you do when you have a leach on your body and burn it off. People are suffering through so many means and like a parasite, most of you do not even notice the effects yet. Our taxes are being spent on non-citizens which is money meant to care for us and to keep our government running to protect us. We are seeing clinics and hospitals closing in parts of our country because they were kind and treated Illegal Immigrants who never payed their bills. Our prisons and jails are suffering which means our own criminals are being treated in ways we would not allow in our country. Our kids are getting substandard educations because our schools are spending so much on English programs for the children of Illegals who pay NO taxes. Our wages and benefits are decreasing because employers can hire Illegals at lower wages, untaxed, and gives no benefits to their profit, which also in turn makes us citizens way to expensive to hire. Our affordable housing is being filled with Illegals which means our young adults are paying higher rents while working these lower paying jobs.

Imagine this please. Today, you are a working college student. Your wages are low because of Illegal Immigration and you are paying for classes at a school which is giving scholarships to Illegals. You are having to pay higher rent because the truly affordable apartments are being taken by Illegals. You get sick without insurance, and the local clinic is closed because so many Illegals have used up everything they had and never re payed their debts. Your neighborhood is being overrun with crime because of the local Illegal Immigrant street gangs selling drugs, but our police are powerless because they cannot enforce Federal Laws, and even if they do arrest them, the jail is too full to hold them. Not only that, they are released with deportation as a possible punishment, but the hearing never happens due to the failures of our system. How do you think this story ends? Will it ever end? What if you have kids? Do you lock them in your house because you cannot afford child care while you attend classes and go to work? Do you keep them inside even when you are home because you are so tired from working and school? Do you not take them outside to play because you are afraid of random shootings or that they might be kidnapped and then raped and murdered because they were just outside of your sight for less than a minute.

This is not a made up story. It is the way things are in many places in our country. I have read many stories in which these are the facts of life today. Why can someone who has no allegiance to our way of life come here and get better care then the citizens doing things the RIGHT WAY? It isn't fair, it isn't right, and it isn't even legal. Until We The People make our government enforce the laws on the books already and remove this leach from our lives which is draining our resources to the point of death, we will suffer!

Perhaps the Democrats who support these Illegals still believe that bleedings are a proven cure for all that ails you. It must be the case, because every time they stand aside and do nothing about what is actually hurting their main voting base, they are letting us bleed. We all know what happens when you lose too much blood. You die.

Would giving amnesty and citizenship to these Illegals solve the problem? Not likely. We need them to leave, and if not on their own, our government should make them leave. If our government will not do it, I am afraid people will start doing it themselves, and that is the moment our country dies because on that day our Rule of Law failed.

Maybe we need to distribute pictures of the Statue of Liberty dieing from a massive leach named Illegal. Have another of Uncle Sam being bled to death by a democrat. Heck, make one of a drug dealer selling drugs in bundles made out of the Constitution and Declaration of Independence. I can come up with more. I would do it, but I have no skill of drawing pretty pictures, which if these were ever made, they would never be. The truth can get awfully ugly sometimes, can't it!

Actual Progress?

Did I actually see this? Did all the phone calls, radio shows, letters, faxes, and e-mails finally wake up our Congress? Look at this and see what you think.

Senators Agree to Extra $3 Billion for Border Security
Thursday , July 26,
2007
Associated Press

WASHINGTON — Senate Democrats and Republicans
agreed Thursday to devote an additional $3 billion to gaining control over the
U.S.-Mexico border.
The move puts Congress on a path to overriding President
Bush's promised veto of a $38 billion homeland security spending bill.
The
deal, approved by an 89-1 vote, resurrects a GOP plan to pass some of the most
popular parts of Bush's failed immigration bill. That includes money for
additional Border Patrol agents and fencing along the southern border.
Democrats liked the money. But they objected to Republican proposals such as
allowing law enforcement officers to question people about their immigration
status and cracking down on people who overstay their visas.
Efforts broke
down Wednesday to make progress on a compromise containing only the border
security money.
But Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., and Sen. John
Cornyn, R-Texas, resolved their differences overnight and announced agreement
Thursday morning. Cornyn won a promise to use some money to pursue immigrants
who had entered the United States legally but had overstayed their visas.
Reid had apparently thought that Cornyn wanted harsher language.
"I was
wrong and Senator Cornyn was right," Reid acknowledged.
The measure
initially was opposed by the White House, top Republicans said, and it clearly
puts the president in a box. Bush had promised a veto of the overall homeland
security bill for spending $2.3 billion more than he requested.
But the
White House signaled it would at least accept the added money for the border.
"To the extent Congress supports additional emergency funding, we want to
work with them to make sure it is spent on the highest border security
priorities," White House spokesman Scott Stanzel said.
Now, Bush's stalwarts
in Congress, including Sen. Judd Gregg, R-N.H., are poised to override the
president's veto on the entire bill.
Cornyn predicted the bill would "pass
by a veto-proof margin" and Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., told reporters the bill
might get 90 votes in the 100-member Senate.
The measure probably will be
the first spending bill for the budget year beginning Oct. 1 that will arrive on
Bush's desk. The president, however, demanded on Thursday that the
Democratic-controlled Congress focus on delivering the Pentagon's budget to him
before lawmakers take their August vacation.
The money approved Thursday
would go toward seizing "operational control" over the U.S.-Mexico border by
using additional Border Patrol agents, vehicle barriers, border fencing and
observation towers. In addition, there is Cornyn's effort against people who
overstay their visas.
Graham said the $3 billion would pay for "more boots
on the ground, more people patrolling our border making it harder for somebody
to come across illegally. We should have done this a long time ago."
Bush
and Republicans such as Graham and Sen. Jon Kyl of Arizona had argued during
last month's immigration debate that a comprehensive approach to overhauling
immigration policy was the only way to attract bipartisan support.
The bill
was condemned by conservative talk radio and congressional foes as offering
"amnesty." After it failed to pass, Graham and others changed their minds and
offered the border security plan.
Graham and Kyl said the public will not
accept the more contentious parts, especially the plan to give millions of
illegal immigrants a way to earn U.S. citizenship, until the border with Mexico
is made more secure.
"Border security is the gate that you must pass through
to get to overall comprehensive reform," said Graham. The senator is up for
re-election next year and faces political heat at home for backing Bush's
unpopular immigration plan.
Sen. Arlen Specter, R-Pa., said he is
circulating a plan that would grant some legal status to illegal immigrants but
would stop short of giving them citizenship.
That approach "would take the
teeth out of the amnesty argument," Specter said. "I think we can act this year.
I think this bill is very close to doable."

I think after hearing the uproar of the American Citizens across the United States, our Congress must have figured out that what we want is Border Security, not Amnesty for criminal immigrants.

I truly hope that this passes. After that I hope it is actually spent where it is needed, not used to build pools for people supposed to be building fences and walls.

Now they need to get something other than get out of jail free cards put in place to deal with criminal immigration. Do I support mass deporting of all illegals? No, but I do believe that we need to go after the truly Criminal first. After that, if we have a way that the others if they can pass background checks (meaning No Criminal History, not this idea of 8 arrests is OK because they have not been arrested 10 times currently) and that they are actually part of our society. However, if they have used fake Social Security Cards, Green Cards, or other Identity Theft, they should have to leave.

I see as I try to find exceptions to allow some illegals to stay and get a visa, I can only support those who have broken no laws, and in that is my problem because if they came in illegally, I cannot support any of them.

It is good that it sounds like the majority of Americans were listened to. Now all we can hope for is that this passes into law, and becomes enforced laws!

Immigration Reform Act ruling

I am going to start with what Fred D. Thompson had to say about this issue, and then include two news stories I have found dealing with it.

Hazleton Immigration Decision

Posted on July 26th, 2007By Fred in Statements, Immigration

Most Americans want something to be done about the illegal immigration
problem we have in this country. They’ve been expecting the federal government
to enforce the immigration laws already on the books. The federal government
hasn’t done that, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the governments
closest to the people – municipal and state – are looking to take action. This
is an entirely proper role for these governments.
Back in 2006, the citizens
of Hazleton, Penn., were noticing some troubling signs resulting from an influx
of illegal immigrants. They were seeing an uptick in the number of murders, an
increase in drug-related crimes and a school district bursting at its seams. In
fact the English as a Second Language program reportedly went from $500 a year
in 2001 to more than $1 million a year today. The citizens of Hazleton demanded
that something be done, and the Illegal Immigration Relief Act was introduced by
the mayor and supported by the city council by a vote of 4 to 1.
Let’s be
clear about what’s going on here. No matter what some groups may be trying to do
to muddy the water and portray Hazleton’s law as something playing to an uglier
agenda, this law is not about legal immigration. This law is about dealing with
the illegal immigration problem in Hazleton. The town’s mayor and city officials
made this clear from the beginning, and it seems like they took a common sense
approach.
Our constitutional system allows cities to take reasonable steps
to protect their citizens. When the federal government is unwilling to enforce
immigration laws effectively, then cities need to be able to act, and take
reasonable steps to secure their citizens from the social, financial, and
criminal costs of illegal immigration.
No doubt, this ruling will be appealed. And it should be.

I also agree with Fred D. Thompson that this should be appealed. This as I have said about immigration done illegally isn't about race and religion. It is purely about the fact that the entry into the United States was done ILLEGALLY.

Hazleton Immigration Ordinance Struck Down
Federal Ruling on
Illegal Immigration Relief Act

Thursday, July 26, UPDATED: 5:50 p.m.By Sarah Buynovsky

A federal judge struck down Hazleton's crackdown on illegal immigrants.
Federal Judge James Munley ruled Thursday against the city of Hazleton and its
Illegal Immigration Relief Act.
In his lengthy, 206 page decision, Munley
called the act "unconstitutional."
Mayor Lou Barletta headed out of the
federal courthouse in March after a week-long trial before a federal judge
smiling. Despite his testimony and the testimony of other city officials and
experts, Federal Judge James Munley ruled in favor of the plaintiffs, more than
a dozen groups and people who argued Hazleton's Illegal Immigration Relief Act
was unconstitutional.
The act which, was passed last year, called for
landlords and employers in the city of Hazleton to be fined if they rented to or
employed illegal immigrants. Judge Munley's decision in favor of the plaintiffs
has some people, including Hispanics in the city cheering.
"So far the few
people that I've talked to are very happy with this decision. This ordinance
brought a great amount of division to this town," said Rudy Espinal of the
Hazleton Hispanic Business Association.
In his decision, Judge Munley wrote
"Federal law prohibits Hazleton from enforcing any provisions of its ordinances"
and "The ordinances disrupt a well-established federal scheme for regulating the
presence and employment of immigrants in the United States." The judge also
wrote, "Whatever frustrations the city of Hazleton may feel about the current
state of federal immigration enforcement, the nature of the political system in
the United States prohibits the city from enacting ordinances that disrupt a
carefully drawn federal statutory scheme." In a late afternoon conference call,
attorneys for the plaintiffs told reporters they are thrilled with the judge's
landmark decision.
"What's important about the national debate is that Mayor
Barletta's claims about undocumented workers is based on myths and propaganda
and it's the same propaganda and myths that are being put out there by
anti-immigrant groups," said Vic Walczak of the American Civil Liberties Union,
of ALCU.
"The decision rendered by the court today is a categorical
rejection of Hazleton's ordinance that promoted discrimination," said Anthony
Romero of the ACLU.
Attorneys for the plaintiffs said it's clear this
landmark decision will mean great things for everyone in Hazleton. "Hazleton, in
its zeal for control of a group deemed undesirable, violated the rights of
everyone in the community," said Tom Wilkinson of the ACLU.
Despite
Thursday's landmark decision, attorneys for the city of Hazleton are expected to
appeal the judge's decision.

What is being refered to here as Myths and Propaganda is the information being provided by the groups supporting Illegal Immigration. They made this subject about race when many of us are only upset about one aspect of this entire debate, the ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. I know I am not alone in saying I do not care if you are white, brown, yellow, red, black, or other shades of pigment or lack of, if you are here ILLEGALLY, go home. If you got here through LEGAL means, welcome. I hope you enjoy the stay and your families history is a long and fruitful one here.

Reaction to Immigration Ruling

Thursday, July 26, UDPATED: 6:02 p.m.By Bianca Barr

Residents and city leaders in Hazleton are reacting to a federal
judge's ruling striking down the city's Illegal Immigration Act.
Late
Thursday afternoon members of the group who filed the lawsuit and Mayor Lou
Barletta, who created the ordinance, spoke about the ruling.
There were
two news conferences held back-back in the city of Hazleton to comment on
the judge's ruling in federal court.
With word of the federal court ruling
that Hazleton's Illegal Immigration Relief Act is unconstitutional, members of
the local Latino community celebrated what they called a victory for all
immigrants who have moved to Hazleton.
But within the comments, the tension
still was evident as they talked about why this issue had to get this far and
whether the ruling with change what they call a negative mind-set of some of
their neighbors.
"Did we really win? People are still being
treated disrespectfully and without dignity," said Anna Arias of the Hazleton
Latino Association.
They talked about the need for Hazleton to heal and move
forward from today with a positive outlook. They said they want
people of all races to work together to find some type of harmony.
"This
is the beginning of the healing we have to do with the community. The
community has to come back together. They have to settle their differences
and work for the better of the community," said Hispanic leader Agipito Lopez.
At Hazleton City Hall about 4:30 p.m. Mayor Lou Barletta vowed to appeal,
saying he was disappointed in the ruling. "This judge's decision today is
not the end. The people of Hazleton need to know that I will do everything
I can to make Hazleton the toughest city in America for illegal aliens," Mayor
Barletta said.
They city attorneys said the ruling begs for an appeal
and said the judge's interpretation of the law will not hold up in the Third
Circuit Court of Appeal in Philadelphia.
"If the judge had written a tight,
closely-reasoned opinion that didn't venture too far out on the limb, that would
be a hard case to appeal but this judge has written an opinion that goes to
extraordinary lengths to find fault with the city's ordinance and this makes for
a perfect appeal," said Kris Kobach, Hazleton lead attorney. The city has
30 days to file that appeal.
Mayor Barletta said he wants both the
borders and the towns of the United States secured. "Since the federal
government has refused to protect us, I have an obligation as an elected
official of the people of this city to do that and I'm not going to stop.
I'm going to continue to fight for them and I'm going to be as vocal
today, tomorrow and next year as I have been the last year fighting illegal
immigration," Barletta said.
Members of local Hispanic community pleaded with
the mayor to let this decision be the end but obviously that is not the
case. It is clear that the immigration issue is far from over.

Again, if you read the above article, you see where the pro illegal immigration groups are trying to confuse the issue with race and legal immigration.

If you haven't seen the trend yet, if you are for our government supporting the laws already established, you become racist, regardless of your color or heritage. If you speak against Illegal Immigration, they make it sound like you are against ALL Immigration which is not the fact.

My family LEGALLY Immigrated to the United States. I know many others who have JUST gotten their citizenship legally. I also know people who ended up in our country from the Sudan who came LEGALLY. And they are welcome.

What this isn't about.

People, illegal immigration is not about the following.
  1. RACE
  2. RELIGION
  3. CREED
  4. POLITICAL BELIEFS
  5. SEXUAL PREFERENCES
  6. SKIN COLOR
  7. COUNTRY OF ORIGIN
  8. MONEY

Illegal Immigration is about one thing and one thing only!

  1. Illegally coming across our border!

We have one of the most fair immigration policies in the world. If you come here legally, you have no reason to FEAR us or our law enforcement.

Awesome Video

This is a must watch. Enjoy!

Enemies In Our Homes!

I have mentioned a group repeatedly in my blog here again and again. They are more of a threat to our country currently than Al Quida. Now think about that statement, More Of A Threat Than Al Quida. Why is that? Quite simply, this group is operating without hardly any restraint within our borders. They are killing people on our streets, and are aligned with people who do not care if you die because all they want is your money.

Our open borders are very much to blame. These are not our street gangs of yesterday. Actually, these guys are killing the street gangs of yesterday to clear a path for themselves. This group is funded by entities outside of our country that have more funds than the combined resources of our entire nations police departments and federal law enforcement COMBINED.

Another reason of why they are more of an eminent threat is that they are already here. They are in cities and towns across the entire United States.

So, who funds them? We do. Every drug user in our country is supporting these guys. The only people who get a pass here are your local weed smokers who grow their own. This group is tied into the drug cartels of South America.

Here is an article released today about this group.

Report: Street Gang MS-13 Trying to Unify in Major U.S. Cities, Become Powerful and Deadly Cartel
Wednesday, July 25, 2007 FOXNEWS.COM
The vicious street gang MS-13
is trying to unify itself across the U.S., posing a threat to law enforcement in
major American cities — including the nation's capital — that could rival the
major drug cartels of Mexico and Colombia, according to a report
published Wednesday in the Washington
Times.
"Traditionally, the gang consisted of loosely affiliated groups
known as cliques; however, law enforcement officials have reported increased
coordination of criminal activity among Mara Salvatrucha cliques in the Atlanta,
Dallas, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and New York metropolitan
areas," states a confidential memo sent out earlier this month from the U.S.
Attorney's Office in the Southern District of Illinois, the newspaper
reported.
"MS-13 is attempting to become a unified criminal enterprise
operating under one leadership."
The newspaper obtained a copy of the memo and an Army intelligence presentation on the growth of MS-13, also known as Mara Salvatrucha.
Federal law-enforcement officials say the gang is adopting
tactics used by major Mexican and Colombian drug-trafficking groups and has
become a gun-for-hire for many major Central and South American drug-trafficking
cartels, the newspaper reported.
"Indications that previously independent cliques are forming alliances with
other MS-13 cliques, as well as with other gangs to facilitate criminal
activity, further heighten the threat," the letter continued. "It would be
dangerous to look at MS-13 as just another street gang."

Oh, its the MS13 again. A group made up of almost completely of Illegal Immigrants. This is the goods we reap from a relaxed attitude to the issue of our southern border. If the Federal Government believes they are somewhere, you can typically add to that by doubling their assessment.

So, I know some people are worried about undocumented workers and that we will harm them by closing our borders, are they aware of these undocumented workers? Besides, if you have come here illegally, why are we doing more to support them than the legal citizens of this country? If their is a starving family in our country who is not being cared for as well as these outsiders, than what we are doing is defecating on our own people. If there is a jobless citizen because he cannot compete with illegals at this low of a wage, we are urinating on our own people. We have families who are suffering daily who belong here, and have broke no laws, and they are not even getting half the help that our Illegals are getting. And many of the services they could receive are being drained by our Criminal Immigrants.

Are we so blind? Wake up America!

National Guard standing down.

I understand that the National Guard isn't allowed to currently conduct "Law Enforcement" on our borders. That is why this falls into what I describe as "Stupid"!

National Guard General: Gunmen Likely Came Across U.S. Border Troops by
Chance

Tuesday , January 30, 2007

Associated Press

PHOENIX — Armed men who prompted four National Guard members to pull
back from an observation post at the Arizona-Mexico border probably weren't
trying to test the reaction of the troops, the head of the Arizona National
Guard said Monday.
They likely happened upon the soldiers while walking
across rocky terrain from Arizona into Mexico, said Maj. Gen. David Rataczak,
speculating that the gunmen were carrying drug money south across the border.
In the face of criticism that the troops set a bad precedent for border
security, Rataczak told a homeland security committee at the Arizona Legislature
that the troops acted properly in relocating to a nearby site and calling in the
Border Patrol to respond.
"They did exactly what they were told to do," said
Rataczak, adding that the actions of the soldiers prevented an international
incident from occurring.
The four National Guard soldiers from Tennessee
were on the lookout at a post near Sasabe on Jan. 3 when they spotted four to
eight gunmen who were approaching.
Arriving at the scene about 15 minutes
later, the Border Patrol tracked the armed men back to the border, but weren't
able to find them. No shots were fired.
Over the last three weeks, advocates
for tougher enforcement have questioned the point of having troops on the border
if they can't confront such dangers.
Supporters of the decision to call in
the Border Patrol to respond to the incident said the troops were never intended
to perform law enforcement duties, but instead were there to pick support duties
that tie up immigration agents, who then have more time to catch illegal
immigrants.
"They are not able to do anything," said Republican state Rep.
Warde Nichols of Chandler, chairman of the committee. "They have to just radio
their communications. They have to take defensive postures where they can't
basically fire until fired upon."
Nichols plans to file a bill this week
that would put the National Guard one step closer to immigration enforcement by
authorizing troops to apprehend illegal immigrants.
The four soldiers in the
incident near Sasabe were among the 6,400 National Guard members sent to the
four southern border states to perform support duties that tie up immigration
agents, who then have more time to catch illegal immigrants.
The support
duties include monitoring border points, assisting with cargo inspection and
operate surveillance cameras.
The rules that Guard members work under allow
the troops to use force when they believe they face an imminent threat and all
other means are exhausted, state officials have said.
In the Jan. 3
incident, a gunmen carrying an automatic rifle came within 15 meters of one
soldier, who had a bullet in the chamber of his firearm. Both men stared at each
other for several seconds and kept their rifles pointed downward, Rataczak said.
"Had that undocumented (immigrant) pointed his weapon at our soldier, I
might be testifying here today, telling you why we killed an undocumented,
because he would not have survived," Rataczak said.
Republican Rep. Jerry
Weiers of Glendale said the rules can put Guard members in a tough position,
because the gunmen probably didn't operate under the same standards.
"My
real, true, honest concern here is that we don't return fire until we have been
fired upon, and by then we have probably lost a life," Weiers said.
Critics
said the incident had broader border security implications because armed people
know the National Guard will retreat.
Rataczak said he was pleased with the
outcome and disputed that the incident was a retreat.
The four soldiers
weren't overrun and didn't flee, but rather moved to a site a short distance
away where they could continue to keep their eyes on the gunmen, Rataczak said.
Democratic Rep. Tom Prezelski of Tucson said he was sure that the soldiers
were prepared to prevail if they had faced a more serious confrontation.
"I
am a little uncomfortable with the idea that we are portraying them as helpless
and having their hands tied," Prezelski said.

So regardless of what Prezelski says, the fact that our National Guard was ordered by someone to back down and retreat, this is as close to a defacto hand tieing that you can do to a soldier. This is the same as telling street cops they cannot arrest anyone even if they saw the crime occur, or, telling our highway patrols they cannot ticket or even speak to speeders.

To quote Ted Nugent, "Let the big dogs loose and let them do what they do best!"

Released to kill.

I am in awe of two stories which are in the news today.

Florida Father Finds Dead Girl in Son's Closet

Parolees Arraigned in Deadly Connecticut Home Invasion

So, on July 4th 2007, we had an illegal immigrant who wasn't deported after only serving a month in jail for "Violently Raping" his half sister. Now we have these two new cases appearing today.

In the first case, I find this really interesting.
Shenfeld was released from jail in February after being arrested and accused of
sexually assaulting two other women.

In the second case, this is what I found interesting.
Komisarjevsky was sentenced to three years in prison in 2002 and six years of
special parole after pleading guilty to 11 counts of second-degree burglary, the
Hartford Courant reported.

and,

Hayes has a 25-year history of burglary and larceny.

So, why is it all of these people are out on our streets? In each of these cases
the person has a long history of crime, or, a serious enough short history to be
considered a threat to society.

Again and again we are seeing stories where released criminals resort to murder afterwards. I am assuming that while in jail they are being told that if you go out in the world to commit crime again, you'd better kill all witnesses. Perhaps I am wrong, but that is becoming a theme in many of the stories I am reading on the national new wires.

I want to know, what was this special parole that Komisarjevsky received?

Why was Jason Shenfeld let go?

And most importantly, why are lives being lost? Has our criminal justice system of the courts become broken?

Where is our National Guard?

Why are we allowing this to happen in our country?

Since when has our own land become so cheap that we have started to not care about events like these happening without outrage?

Perhaps our National Guard should be used to Guard our Nation!

What are we paying taxes for?

I wonder what crimes American Citizens can get away with if this is the standing our Federal Government for illegal immigrants?

Maybe it is because the illegals are sending so much money out of our country untaxed that our Federal Government has become so poor to do their job.

This is getting to the point of me thinking our government is doing more to screw its own citizens than to help us.

Can anyone explain to me what is going on here?

What to be afraid of!

So if you have been reading my posts, you are starting to see the violent underside of the illegal immigration issue. I have just been skimming the surface. Now I am going to do some research into the "reconquista" movement. I am posting some videos about this, and then am going to link you to sites explaining this further.

A quick remembrance about history. What war with the most loss of life in history started over another country trying to reclaim its "lost land"? Try World War II. Oh, lets add World War I, Desert Storm, Korean War, and many many more...

If you noticed, there is little to no mention about the criminal gangs in most of this. When you take all the parts and make them whole, we do have something to worry about going on here. At no other time in the history of the United States have we had such an invasion. If you are not taking these people serious, than I am afraid of your ignorance. As a whole, we see the violence, crime, drug trafficking, and communist/neo-Nazi intent of these people.

Here are some articles from many different sources about what these illegal criminal immigrants are doing.

Now the websites for MEChA, La Raza, and other groups never mention anything violent or criminal, but the people caught on video sure seem to speak about their hate for Americans.

If you haven't noticed, even though they are acting like and using Nazi rhetoric, that if you oppose them in any way, you are called Racist, Bigoted, and a Xenophobe. But I find this completely interesting that newly naturalized citizens of all races and creeds are against illegal immigrants. Why are they? Well, it is as simple as that they did it the right way, and they are also suffering due to the effects of illegal immigration.

We need to take a stronger action against these illegal/criminal immigrants. If they were citizens of our nation (legal) the actions that they take would be called Treason and Sedition! Since the are not citizens, we do nothing. We do not even enforce the laws already on the books.

Illegal Immigrants are a "Clear and Present Danger". Why does Washington D.C. do nothing?

Will they be deported, again?

Texas Gang Raids Yield 121 Arrests

Tuesday, July 24, 2007

DALLAS — Federal agents and local police have rounded up more
than 100 members of street gangs in raids in North Texas cities, immigration
officials announced Monday.
More than half of the 121 suspects were arrested
on criminal charges, said ICE spokesman Carl Rusnok. The others were taken into
custody on administrative, or immigration, violations.
Some gang members who
were in the country illegally have been deported or are being processed for
deportation. Others are being prosecuted for re-entering the United States after
deportation, said ICE agent John Chakwin Jr.
Those arrested during the
seven-day operation were members of 27 gangs, including the Asian Boyz, Latin
Kings, Mexican Mafia and MS-13, officials said. They included 45 U.S. citizens
with pending charges.
"Working in close partnership with federal and local
law enforcement agencies, we removed from our communities many fugitive
criminals and violent street gang members," Chakwin said.
Arrests were made
in Arlington, Irving, Fort Worth, Dallas, Gainesville and Wichita Falls with the
help of police in each city. Also participating were other federal and state
agencies, as well as the police in Farmers Branch, a Dallas suburb that has
drawn attention for passing a law prohibiting apartment rentals to illegal
immigrants.
The arrests came as part of Operation Community Shield, a
national initiative targeting gangs that was launched more than two years ago
after federal officials identified the MS-13 gang, or Mara Salvatrucha, as one
of the nation's largest and most violent.

So, what is going on here? Lets take a look at what was said, and what it really means. If you have read any of my prior posts, you will recognize many of the gang names here. So, that isn't anything new. Here is something I have stressed, but have a credible source to prove my points made earlier.

Many of these illegal immigrants are actually criminal immigrants. Criminal immigrants are those who come here illegally and do so for the only purpose of committing crimes. These are some of our biggest risks to our national security. Their crimes are carried out on our streets, in our neighborhoods, our schools, and even in our prisons. They have no care for anyone in our country, and as explained in government documents released, they would smuggle, and possible support, other terrorist groups into our country.

There was a time when being deported was a harsh penalty. Now, it isn't unusual to find these criminals returning to our country after having been deported multiple times before. Why should they worry? Our own Border Patrol is so under-funded, ill equipped, and under-manned that they cannot present a formidable defensive line along our border. And even if all of the aforementioned changed, our policies limit them so much that they can barely do their jobs. None of this is any of our Border Patrol Agents faults. The finger here can be pointed directly to Washington D.C. where our elected officials are fighting over amnesty programs.

The issue here can be related to a hockey game. The government is basically not letting the defense move in addition to keeping the goalie on the bench. If the Americans practised these policies on D-Day, all of our men would have been sent to the beaches with flowers in place of rifles.

Please watch this. Lou Dobbs at Hazelton PA.

Listen to the things being said in support of illegal immigrants. They believe they have a right to be here! How is it Americans died to give us our sovereignty and people who do not even live here or ever have believe that this means they can come here and infringe on our liberties and freedoms?

I also think it is very interesting that race constantly gets brought into this issue. I do not care what color you are, what religion you are, or what country you come from. If you are here LEGALLY than you can stay. If you are not here LEGALLY, you need to leave now. We have an immigration system, and a very fair one at that. Why cannot local governments take actions to protect their citizens?

If this was about race, than why is there a black man standing up and upset that illegals are coming here? This man was even wearing medals he earned while serving in our military.

Making a law which establishes English as the official language is not unconstitutional. Go read the constitution and bill of rights and point out where is says this. Mexico has Spanish as its official language, and many other countries have official languages, so why not the United States?

In response to the speaker who says it is unseemly that criminals moved out in the middle of the night is not a bad thing. If suddenly even citizen drug dealers moved away, this isn't a bad thing. He says illegals give to the local tax revenue. How do they do that if they do not have official Social Security Numbers? The Hazelton mayor even mentioned that even with the population growth, the tax income has not changed.

I really ask that you really pay attention at the question asked at the 40 minute mark, and the answer which is given.

So, after this video, or any other, can someone show me and make me believe that illegal immigration is benefiting the common people of the United States? We are being hurt, and even more so, our kids are being hurt.
